At Line & Lottie, we want you to feel confident purchasing and stitching our designs. Because all products sold on our website are digital downloads, the following policy applies to all purchases.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital design has been purchased.

Please review the product description, design size, and included file formats carefully before completing your purchase to make sure the design is compatible with your embroidery machine and software.

Having Trouble With Your File?

We absolutely want you to be able to use the design you purchased. If you experience an issue downloading, opening, or using your files, please reach out to us.

If there is an issue with the file itself, we will work with you to troubleshoot the problem and provide a corrected file when appropriate.

Before You Purchase

Please remember that Line & Lottie products are digital machine embroidery files. No physical product will be mailed or shipped.

An embroidery machine is required to use our designs. Please make sure your machine supports one of the file formats included with the design before purchasing.
